1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All orders are processed and shipped from our Dubai warehouse.
2. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery Fee: AED 30 per order.
- Free Delivery: Orders with a total value of AED 350 or more qualify for free shipping.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During high-demand seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer — but we always keep you informed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your order tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the customer, our courier will attempt to contact you.
Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape devices, disposable vapes, and e-liquids cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Process

If the return is due to personal preference or dissatisfaction, you will not be charged any shipping fee for the return.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For change-of-mind returns, only the product price will be refunded.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Provide clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
